Rules
Payment Options
We support payments via a range of credit/debit cards and cryptocurrencies.
User Fund Holdings
We do not hold or trade user funds. All trading account balances consist entirely of simulated capital.
We will never require you to deposit any of your assets with us.
Weekend Position Holdings
We allow for holding positions over the weekend. All trading is 24/7, outside of unplanned service interruptions and scheduled maintenance periods.
News Event Trading
We allow trading during all news events, subject to accessibility of data and pricing liquidity information from our third-party Liquidity Providers. There is no rule or restriction on news trading.
90/10 Split Add-On
The default payout split is 80/20. Applying the 90/10 split as an add-on will increase the payout split to 90/10. The 90/10 split add-on cannot be added retroactively and is only available at the time of account purchase.
Evaluation Period
Each evaluation lasts 30 days. Upon passing, you have 7 days to activate your Funded Account. If you do not activate within that window, the right to do so is forfeited.
Payout Eligibility During Evaluation
You cannot receive payouts during the Omen Evaluation. The Omen Evaluation is for assessment and evaluative purposes only.
Event Contracts
If purchasing event contracts, each contract must be priced at or above $0.01 at the time of purchase.
Position Size
The maximum new position size at the time of opening is 3% of the funded account balance.
Hedging
Holding opposing positions — long and short — on the same asset or derivative across different funded accounts or evaluations simultaneously is not permitted. Accounts found in violation of this rule are subject to immediate closure.
Profit Goals
Profit goals vary by account tier. To pass the evaluation, the post-trade account balance must exceed the profit goal. Trades must be sufficiently closed before the balance is assessed.
Safety Net
Each funded account includes a Safety Net floor. The Safety Net amounts by account tier are as follows:
Account $1,000 $10,000 $25,000 $50,000 $100,000
Safety Net $110 $1,100 $2,750 $6,000 $11,000
Withdrawals may only be made from profits above the Safety Net floor. You may not withdraw funds into or below the Safety Net. The Safety Net is designed to encourage disciplined risk management and build good trading habits.
Drawdown
All accounts are subject to a maximum drawdown, denominated in dollars. Depending on the account type purchased, the drawdown methodology will either be intraday trailing or end-of-day (EOD) trailing. Under intraday trailing, the drawdown floor adjusts continuously throughout the trading session based on real-time equity. Under EOD trailing, the floor adjusts once per day at market close based on the closing balance. Breaching the drawdown limit at any point results in immediate account closure.
Loss Limits
Loss limits vary by account tier. Breaching the loss limit results in immediate account closure with no refund.
Payouts
The maximum total payout from any funded account is equal to the original funding amount of that account. For example, the maximum you can withdraw from a $1,000 funded account over its lifetime is $1,000. Withdrawals can only be made once every 24 hours; the timer starts after your first withdrawal. Each funded account is limited to a maximum of 10 total payouts over its lifetime. Minimum withdrawal amounts by account tier are as follows:
Account $1,000 $10,000 $25,000 $50,000 $100,000
Minimum Withdrawal $20 $100 $250 $500 $1,000
Background Check Requirements
We do not mandate a background check for the Omen Evaluation. However, a background check becomes mandatory in order to gain access to an Omen Account and become eligible to receive payouts. The process requires that you provide one of the following forms of ID: Passport, Driver’s License, ID card, or Residence Permit. You may be asked for additional information. Background checks are conducted via SumSub.
Post-Evaluation Completion Process
If you pass an evaluation, you will receive a new funded account (your Omen Account, which is eligible for payouts). Before trading is enabled, you will be required to pass our background check and sign the Funding Agreement. Once your account has been approved, trading will be enabled.
Ineligible Countries
We may not be able to offer our service in your jurisdiction. This list may change depending on global regulatory and compliance requirements.
Subscription vs. One-Time Evaluation
Evaluations may be purchased as a subscription or as a one-time purchase. If you are on a subscription and pass the eval, the subscription is automatically cancelled and converted into a funded account. If your evaluation has not been passed by the renewal date, the eval resets to a fresh balance and a new 30-day cycle begins. If you purchased a one-time evaluation, there is no auto-reset feature — the evaluation expires at the end of the 30-day period without renewal.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. Our full policy is available in our Terms and Conditions.
